The YGa electric motor is based on the intermittent cycle working system (S5) as the reference workingsystem. lt can frequently start, brake, or reverse operation, and has the characteristics of large locked rotor torquesmall locked rotor current, long locked rotor time, high dynamic constant, and soft mechanical characteristics. it ismainly used to drive the working roler table ofthe metallurgicalindustry separately, and can also be used in other similamachinery; The YGb type motor is based on the continuous working system ($1) as the reference working system, andhas the characteristics of high power, high efficiency, wide freguency conversion speed range, and hard mechanicacharacteristics. it is mainly used to drive the transmission roler table rollers in the metallurgical industry separately, andcan also be usedin other similar machinery.

The motor complies with the reguirements of jB/T8733-1998 "Technical Conditions for YG Series Three-phaseAsynchronous Motors for Roller Tracks (Frame Numbers 1 12-225)". To meet user needs, our company has developed

roller track motors with frame numbers 250-315 based on this standard.The rated voltage of the motor is 380V, the rated frequency is 50Hz, and the protection level is lP54; The coolingmethod is lC410. The benchmark working system YGa is S5-40%, and YGb is S1. The insulation level YGa is level H.while YGb is level F orlevel H.

The structure and installation type ofthe motor are lMB3, lMB5. and lMB35.
